The law needs to be toughened up to meet female *****philes head on, not dilute it down so that male adults touching up schoolgirls is considered fair game because she is 'nearly 16' or 'goes on the piss every Saturday night' There's no argument from me. Male or female, a *****phile is a *****phile, full stop.

 

If that's true then fair enough. I think things have moved on with the Police and the courts, though, and I would hope they would get treated equally but if you can show me cases where that hasn't happened then I'm willing to have my mind changed. Now, whether they would get reported to the Police in the first place is far less likely I would think and that may be due to attitudes between boys and girls at that age or the attitudes of parents, if they are told. There should certainly be equality in sentencing though - it goes without saying.

 

Don't forget he likes pumping poodles too according to some (allegedly)

 

The victims 'behaviour' in this [if indeed she stalked Johnson and suggested further meets] is completely irrelevant. In the eyes of the law, the age of consent is 16, so when a 27 year serial adulterer 'grooms' a child for sex and is caught, they are rightly punished. The sentence is not harsh. Johnson has lied through his teeth, put the girl through hell and approached the trial with an attitude of disdain. Omnipotent narcissist springs to mind. The guy is a pervert, a sexual predator, a danger to children and has the potential to molest again. I have said this before - Anyone defending him needs to be monitored by the authorities. To sympathise or defend Johnson is to give consent to child abuse. That could easily have been your daughter, sister, grandchild relative etc. He was found guilty in a court of law. The evidence was fairly clear. There is no defence.

 

I must say I was disappointed to find out that the double standard referred seems exist and be pretty extreme. 2 minutes on Google found 2 reports of women in their late 20's 30's who had full sex with a 15 year old boy. Both got 2 years suspended

 

That's my point really, it just irks me. I have no sympathy for the thug Johnson however, he does deserve what he got but it just pisses me off when the roles (sexes) are reversed, it's just a bit of a joke to everyone. Same goes for male rape victims and males that are abused by female partners.

 

History is history, you cannot change it like Saville, although he got the MBE whatever took off him.

 

I am sure that where he is now someone will give him a good stiff talking to
