    Maybe it's because he's the only world class player we have.

    He didn't put a foot wrong in the Euros and saved our asses on more than one occasion. You might disagree he's world class but there's no arguing he's the best England player at the moment.

    He threw himself in front of everything and put his body on the line I will give you that and yes he was one of the better players for us but I would say that is pretty sad to be honest, just shows the state of our national game.

    He looked like an old man last month .... Ibrahimovich gave him 5 yards start over 20 and still ran past him... and he has never been World Class IMHO.... Moore, Beckenbauer, Baresi, Tardelli, Cannavaro ... Des Walker ...no place in my definition of WC for JT or Justa Tool to give him his 'street' name ...
