Don't see how Terry can play for England with this hanging over him, I thought it was fine when it was just being investigated but now he's actually been charged I think his position is untenable. I hope people realise that a charge does not mean a conviction. Unlike the Luis Suarez case, the CPS have the full burden of proof entirely on them and will have to prove 100% conclusively to a jury that John Terry used racist language against Anton Ferdinand. It is not just a few mickey mousers dressed in suits like the FA had. If (and that is IF) Terry is found guilty of this offence, he can face a punishment of a fine up to £2500. This is still far from over. I advise that people who do not wish to have their brain polluted, stay off sites like RAWK and Red Cafe which is full of a bunch of uneducated, mindless, foul-mouthed, biased morons who have no idea on what has just happened and what is gong on.
It will be interesting to see what action if any the FA will take if John Terry is found guilty by the CPS.
