This doesn't mean he's guilty but it does mean they must have sufficient evidence to take it this far. It ain't gonna be pretty that's for sure.

Now this and the whole Suarez business really is like Xmas come early for you Manks eh <laugh> Never known you lot quite so buoyant...probably glad it's deflected from you're European disaster this year eh <whistle> Fergie will be cracking the red wine early today me thinks.

To get where it has they have to believe that they have enough evidence to achieve a conviction, and if that evidence is the new camera footage they received lately he could be dead in the water.

Why is this on the Liverpool board by the way?

I thought it might be of interest. Given that Suarez was yesterday handed a ban and fine for racist remarks I thought that Liverpool fans would be following the Terry case to see if this is dealt with in the same way.

Will be interesting to see, it can't be another youtube video or they can't have charged him due to the youtube video and some rats word ( qpr fan that apparently rang the police ) because that would be absoulete madness.

If he's going to court then it's better for him. The evidence will be stringently examined and he'll get more of a fair trial than the joke FA would give him.

I doubt the FA will do anything as well untill the court proceedings or trial is over and done with

So we might not even get an answer until next season then?

Highly doubt it because say the FA charged him, gave him a 8 match ban in the next few weeks and then he was found not guilty in court then they'd look a bit ****ing stupid lol

He was brought up by brilliant parents I just can't understand where he would get it from <doh> NOT REALLY!!!!

Mums = Thief
Dad = Drug Dealer
Brother = caused a teammate to commit suicide by shagging his wife
Himself = A Racist Love Rat

Brilliant Role Model
