I think I'm right in saying that you can appeal red cards retrospectively, but not yellows (unless the reason is mistaken identity, and the ref can be shown to have booked the wrong player).
I would have thought if the yellow was for something ridiculous then the club could appeal given the circumstances?
You would have thought so, wouldn't you? But apparently not. Just reporting the facts (I think), Bandit, I never said it was a good rule.
