Of course he was as guilty as sin just as old arry was, you knew he would be found not guilty from the start as our system is a joke.... everyone saw him give abuse on the telly......result not guilty Harry tells the court that the bank account abroad is his dogs (rosie) ....result not guilty. A student writes something on twitter about a player.....result Jail What a joke...
It's called evidence Dai, and it's not always as cut and dried as some would like you to believe. If we convicted people based on how things 'look' rather than delve deeper into each case the prison population would double overnight.
Oh come on everyone knows there is one law for the rich and famous and one for the rest of us.....Can you imagine an average man saying to the judge that he has a bank account abroad for his dog. or a fan shouting racial abuse at a black player not getting punished...its a joke, how can they stamp out any racial abuse when you see a prominent player do it and gets away scott free.....
As someone who has worked in criminal justice I can tell you that you are wrong. But sadly your view is a common one.
