So capello is thinking of handing the captain’s armband back to John past it Terry.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/9424957.stm

Is there a real captain in the squad, I mean someone who can actually give direction on the pitch and not just massage his own and his “mates” egos?

For me we are lacking a real leader and giving the armband back to Terry is backward step.

terry is a grade A tosser, but i'd rather him have it than a. cole,, just proves what a shambles the england team is at the moment, hope they sort it out soon.
safc and england, forget the rest

the state of our country when we have our national football team lead by John Terry, diabolical decision if he gets it back plus hes past it now, he was terrible when I watched Man u v Chelsea, Dawson Smalling centre backs for me even Cahill Bolton

Thats just my point commachio, and I cannot see the problem being resolved soon

Terry the footballer is a ridiculously overrated player.

Terry the captain is magnificent. Brave, whole hearted and vocal.

Terry the man is a ****er without morals.

Terry shouldn't be in the England team, it's outrageous that Cahill is overlooked, but if he's in there, he's a better leader than the rest of the soft twats in the side.

Think it just reinforces that these primadonnas dont face any real consequences for their often distasteful/illegal behaviour.
Hope Wales stuff them.
