Funnily enough Secret ... there are three!

170 Avenue du Prado (less than half a mile from the stadium) , 38 Boulevard Baille and 6 Boulevard Dunkerque.

What you might expect from a French/Swiss company. <doh>

I just find this whole situation really frustrating.

I know we've made a rod for own back with the initial signing, I suppose Tony Fernandes got a bit swept up in the enthusiasm of it all. There were a few decent games, some awful performances, but the attention-seeking performance at the Etihad is inexcusable.

He's had the summer to sit around doing very little at his own leisure still on the payroll. Then he comes out criticising the club, saying that he wants to leave, and that he had offered to resign, all in the wake of training with Fleetwood because he's fed up with the monetised apsect of football. The club then, according to news reports, seemed to suggest he could leave on a free. All of a sudden the deal is off, and Barton is retweeting an article by Andrew Cole saying that players aren't to blame for sitting on fat contracts. Now the deal is back on but only as a loan, I guess it would be safe to assume that QPR will still be paying the majority of his wages.

I'm fed up of him taking the mick out of this club. Why go on and on about your honourable intentions yet simultaneously take the club owners for a financial ride. I hoped that this move would be a free transfer, but I can't imagine that Joey Barton will take the reduced terms of a shorter contract despite "his heart being in the Velodrome"

Although if he is to muck up they wont be so forgiving!

I wish Joey good luck in Marseille actually, I am also rather envious that he gets to live in my favourite city for a year. <grr>

Marseille coach Elie Baup has confirmed the club are in talks with QPR midfielder Joey Barton, but that a move has yet to be agreed.

The 29-year-old has been linked with a loan move to the Ligue 1 outfit in recent weeks, having been frozen out at Loftus Road. Rangers manager Mark Hughes did not even give him a squad number for this season following his red card against Manchester City on the last day of last term, and subsequent 12-match ban.

Barton flew to France on Wednesday and Baup told OM's website: "Joey Barton is in the building. I don't know if it will be finalised today or how it will turn out."

Baup had praise for Barton's qualities as a player but warned that if he is to become part of the set-up at the Stade Velodrome then the controversial Liverpudlian must fit into the team ethic.

"He is someone who all the world knows," he said.

"He is an English box-to-box midfielder, he works hard on the pitch and can win the ball back well. He also uses the ball well.

"This is the type of player that allows a team to play at a high tempo and to quickly recover when they lose the ball.

"He has to be part of the project, respect the team rules and work in the greater interest of the team. He must comply with these standards.

"His career indicates that he knows that already. And a player of character is often necessary."
