Evening fellow toon anians

For the past few months every other day the article of barton is a thug or barton is this pops up.

I notice in a few matches he goes in a bit hard sometimes dangerously hard, sometimes an elbow out ect...

Off the pitch gerrad goes with 16 yr olds, caroll breaks taylors jaw numerous betting scandals and fighting, raping ect from epl players

What has barton done have i missed a huge media circus cos really i have no clue why people think he is a thug.
 
That incident when he was at Man City and he stubbed a cigarette in a youth players' eye at a party. Then he was done for assualt and the punching of Pedersen earlier in the season, tbh he has been a bad lad but with a bit of love from the Toon Army, it looks as though he's changed (fingers crossed!)

The past is the past, he has been unreal this season and has sorted his life out. He is Newcastle, 100%. Can't believe all the Arsenal fans that are adamant he should have been sent off. It was a hard but fair tackle.

He is fully committed to the club. I went to Everton away earlier this season and he kissed the badge in front of us away fans when he came over to take a corner in the 2nd half and you knew he wasn't just doing it to get the fans onside, he meant it. He's been outstanding. I was there yesterday and he drove us on from the second we kicked off in the 2nd half. The crowd responded to seeing Barton et al bombard Arsenal and believed we could do something special. The rest is a glorious piece of history and an experience I will never forget. It was a privelage to witness it.

I remember against West Ham away, when their fans were booing him etc when he took a corner and he went and told them to Calm down.. Class act he is :D
 
I love the corner taking thing where when we're away and he puts it a few inches out of the quarter circle and the fans go mad <laugh>

Then at home he takes a corner and gets a massive cheer and a round of "One Joey Barton" <cheers>

Okay i see, Still not as bad as some players, rape is alot worse then putting a ciggy out on someone, Hell some people even get turned on by that :).
