Since they are pulling your leg tell the, report them to paypal (which probably won't be much help) and to string them along...well get a western union form and fill it up, photoshop a fake stamp or anything that is needed for such a form to show you sent the money. That way when they go to pick up the cash they will be red faced. Not much else i can think of right now as its morning here and i need to prepare stuff at work.
