    Perry,

I can't work you out. Some, well most, on here think you are a bit if a dick.

I have never really thought that. You come across as a bright fella who, despite what a lot say, knows a lot about City and football in general.

However comments about wanting Bullard to win his case against us makes no sense to any City fan.

That comment alone makes you look like an attention seeking wind up merchant. I might stand pretty much alone but I thought you had grown out of such behaviour.

    Thanks, I guess.

It's a tough one isn't it? Obviously I'd rather see City have an extra £3m to spend in January, but I'd like to see Bullard get justice and the people responsible at the club finally held accountable for their actions.

You could this coming from a mile off though. The whole situation was handled incorrectly in every possible manner.

Agreed. The club is called Hull City, not Jimmy Bullard AFC and as a fan it would be expected that you'd back the club to the hill. The support of Bullard over the club is baffling.

Principles outweigh blind faith though. If I believed the club had acted illegally, which is what TWF is saying he thinks has happened, then I'd also want Bullard to win. Even though he is a bell end I'd want us to have got rid of him by fair means, or are we saying it's alright for the club to act illegally just because it's our club?

sod the letter of the law, the t**t Bullard has taken quite enough money out of this club whether rightly or wrongly dismissed... so Percy is out of order. Bulls**t Bullard doesn't deserve another £3m, Nicky Barmby deserves the funds to make a proper fist of the job..

"He gets paid more than me" isn't a valid reason for sacking somebody.

If the club hadn't treat him like **** when we got relegated it wouldn't be an issue anyway.

Well if Stewart decides "**** it, they've had enough of my running down the wing causing chaos I'm going to **** off to Leicester" you won't be demanding we get a fee because he has a contract then? If it's alright for the club to illegally break contracts then it's alright for our players to do the same. Personality plays no part in applying principle, which is why quite often I end up defending TWF even though I disagree with his opinion on matters.

Yeah, if the club we're found to be in the wrong then i'd hold my hands up and say fair enough, the club handled the Bullard situation in the wrong way and now we're suffering the consequences for it. But, the thing with TWF is that ever since this story came to light he's put his feet firmly in Bullard's camp, not the clubs and this seems a very strange stance for a fan to take. 'Blind faith' can equally be applied here, so much so I can remember TWF saying that even if Bullard lost his case he'd still back him. When the case has been sorted fair enough but before it has it seems bizarre to support the player over the club, and it's not exactly a player who delivered the goods for the club when he played or was unanimously liked amongst the fans.

I've read rumours that Bullard could win his case, but how often in criminal trials for example do we hear of something coming to light that could help the defendents case, yet the defendent is still found guilty as said evidence was false or inconclusive. Even take the Suarez case for example. Evidence came to light that could help the player, yet he was still found to be guilty and was duly punished. Things are rarely cut and dried, Bullard wasn't going to take this lying down and it's no suprise that he's doing everything he can to fight this case, be the evidence true or fabricated. This could be blind faith creeping in, but this rumour that has surfaced could be a feeble excuse that will be brushed aside and his appeal is unsuccessful, then again it could turn out to be true and turn the case more in Bullard's favour. Given the amount of legal advice the club took I remain pretty optomistic that Bullard will be unsuccessful in an appeal. I'm sure the club will have covered all bases before going ahead with the sacking and that despite any appeal from Bullard they'd have a strong enough case all round.

I hope that this is resolved soon though, it's gone on for far too long. Bullard is no saint, he's now fallen out of favour with Ipswich in what seems similar circumstances to here, and Fulham fans are hardly singing his praises either. By the sounds of things when we did sack him it wasn't the first time he'd done something wrong at the club, this could well have been the straw that broke the camels back and if anyone else was involved this could well have been their first offence or they could have had a lesser role and being strung along by Bullard. It wasn't like the club sacked him for that one offence alone, there seems to have been other incidents before which wouldn't have helped matters. But, I guess we'll see when the case is solved.

I wouldnt back the club no matter what. Off topic but, for example, I fully back the council's stance on the KC against Mr Allam.

Ipswich have treated him like a god since he signed for them and he's still behaving exactly as he did for us, your argument doesn't stand up.
