Yeah me too - press and Terry_Hardacre and some mags as well have been spouting saying "No Premier League experience" - personally, in management, I don't see why that matters - playing matters but as a manager you manage so it doesn;t matter - "handling big names" is also a non contest - how big a name was Di Canio himself when he played? HUGE! massively famous and is also massively famous now

Mig and Sess are the biggest ones - Rose isn't even ours although we should be making a big play for him.

Mignolet - my mag mate sitting opposite me at work say he's in the top 2 or 3 in the country - I wouldn't swap him for anyone in the premier league (Including Hart, Cech, Reina and Krul) as a Keeper and a game changing shot stopper, there is no-one better - he has gone up so much in the last year as last season I though his dealing with crosses was average at best - this season he has improved and obviously worked on that and it has made him an excellent keeper. Better than those mentioned and most if not all in the premier league
