They have come on leaps and bounds under Brendans leadership and i was about the only one on our board that said he would but as for the title then i think brendan needs at least another season or two before they will do that. Mind you they are in with a shout of the top 4 this season.

You were in fairness Dai....and one of the only ones on the Liverpool board at first <laugh> Our problem is that with City, United and Chelsea all having changed manager etc we probably won't have a better chance for years. We still need more strength in midfield and cover for a couple of areas but we keep Suarez fit we can have a tilt at it.

Well what a rant that was, Firstly JH we were **** first half due to the team picked by Malky, Sterling and Johnson were ripping Taylor a new arsehole as whitts wandered into the midfield next to medel and Gunnarson and left a shed load of space to be exploited.
Second half: Flanaghan went off injured which meant johnson moved to left back and we had that side covered with a couple of players with pace. Amazingly Malky then made a double yes double substitution which meant we held the ball more in there half.
The Ref was poor with certain decisions especially Skertel who wanted a Cardiff shirt before the game finished.

Now to attack Cardiff fans who have been there and done it under a lot more difficult circumstances than you can ****ing imagine is showing you to be a very juvenile kid, I bet you had the same nice and easy walk from your coach to the ground with the home fans just letting you go on your way.

The Liverpool fans were very respectful to us and gave us support for Malky, Thanks for a great day if not the result <ok>

Perhaps you should consider acting like an adult as well John. Many, if not all, folk here do not like us playing in red. Has anyone here belittled the away supporters for supporting the team at away games? No.
For me every game is an away game and I will be going to watch the bluebirds on the 28th against Sunderland, I would love to go to more games but cost and distance prevent it.

I am also happy to say that Malky gets things wrong. I think most people on this board have said it. He is a debut manager in the Prem, however, and he should be expected to make some. He appears to have the potential to be an excellent manager and the reasons for him to get sacked are flimsy as he has been positive for our club.

I believe we should always play with two up front and Corny and Fraz should be given a chance together. I would love to see 352.

My away days were in the 90s. We had some great trips and some not so great. Everybody who pledges their support to the club is a supporter JH even if they can't get to matches.

Cant agree with the he is a debut manager cliche he has been a manager for 5 years now. He has had plenty of time to prepare teams for every game but consistently sticks to a 4-5-1 and has not proved he can change or attempt to change formations during the game.

Dave Jones got vilified for using the same 4-4-2 formation and not having a plan B, Why then is Malky getting away with it ?

3-5-2, depends on the players you use but we have got that formation within the club and i would also like to see it tried <ok>

I'm intrigued by the 3-5-2. Starting line up? Would you drop noone? He's not a wing back and Taylor would struggle end to end for pace on the left IMO.
