Looking at those lists of players i think were currently well supplied for the whole midfield, with a relativly strong first choice, ive thought that all summer. however we are in no position to readily get rid of the 1st choice players such as JET and Martin.
Watching the game at Col U tonight it is becoming more apparent that we have a problem on our left. We must hang on to JET, at times during the 1st half he was unplayable, the Col U defenders were backing off him the whole time, his 1st touch for our opening goal was outstanding, as was the pass to him, we will do well to score a better goal than that all season.! Anyway back to our left side, on tonightâs evidence I am not sure that Carson is the solution, he was wasteful in possession and more than once made the wrong decisions with & without the ball, he also IMO did not make himself available as he might have done. Our only other viable option at this time is Martin, but do we want him out there as opposed to his role playing just behind Chops.? I am not sure we do.! It may well be worth having another chat with Celtic regarding Murphy...
