What happened to my thread? I go to work, come home and go to bed and wake up to a bloody budgie invasion on a thread about JET and his twisted sock. Seems like you boys have been having fun in my absence.
He was played there when he was with us but if the ball wasn't passed directly to his feet he couldn't be arsed to stretch a leg out to get the ball never mind put in a run to get it. JET is idle and will never put the effort in
Early days but for me JET is another Lee Martin, come in from a nice easy life in a big clubs reserve team where it doesnt really matter the outcome and thinks he has already made it. He may be talented but when it is mixed with a poor work rate then its doesnt really matter how good you are. Whether you are in position or not it shouldn't effect the amount of effort you put in. Not writing him off, afterall it is early days, but need a player who is active all the game and not just when things are going well or for odd spells during a game.
