So do you believe him or not?
Believe him about what? Renewing Trident?

He probably would.

Never pressing the button?

He probably wouldn't.

Such is life in the mad mad world of British politics.

I don't have a problem with Jeremy. I agree with a lot of what he says.
Mind you ama ****ing loony as well.

Watching Gogglebox and a young lad fea the North of England hit the nail right on the head.

"What's the point of of getting new nuclear weapons when we haven't used the old ones"

Exactly son.

Like Mick gets Gogglebox on Malta tv.

Euronews and Monkeywatch and a smattering of Are you being served is his whack.

Aye but that's not what you said.

I don't need an axe in the forehead to tell me someone has an axe, It's not what he said rather it's what he's admitted.

If he would never use nukes then it goes without saying that he would not even approve a retaliative strike? Kinda defeats the whole purpose of having them, like a gun with no bullets.

I suspect most people are probably like me, and would not condone the UK launching nukes unless we were attacked first, but I suspect there are very few who would want a leader who was willing to see us all die without retaliating, however futile that may be.

Maybe we should put 5 billion into missile defence

Anyway Dev is anti trident so this shouldn't be an issue for him

I may be anti nukes but i'm not so stupid to tell anyone I'd never use them, even in self defence. Corbyn it seems, is.

As for "Anti Ballistic missile defences", if they existed I'm sure someone would have them, they don't, so even 5 Billion would'nt buy them.
