JC is just a natural reaction to all the left wing ****s that infest England these days. And whoever said Captain Slow made the show is right, quality
Look, I don't like it, I think it's **** but my little brother and his mates watch it. The question is, why are you coming on an English website slagging off English telly when you've got your own shows such as "Take the High Road" and "Grampian News"?
Who the **** was talking to you Nigel? And I'll have you know I prefer River City. It reassures me that Glasgow is full of depressing, shouty, strange looking weirdos. Mind you, at least they're not in-bred like they are in Cambridgeshire!
I've only live here a few months, I'm form Hertfordshire where we only breed if it make financial sense.
I am from Northern Ireland originally, so I'm both Irish and a citizen of the United Kingdom. A bit like being Scottish and a citizen of the United Kingdom, or Welsh... well you see what I'm getting at here. Should only English people be allowed to own things?
Well, this is an interesting one isn't it as this website is meant to replace the void left by the British Broadcasting Corporation discontinuing a service. I shall henceforth refer to this website as "the ryanair of BBC sport forum replacements", yes, that bad. Yet I notice you've got the numbers so another great British institution is dragged down into the quagmire. Perhaps if you added a News forum to replace the BBC Radio 5 News Forum I'd forgive you although I note that the moderation on here is EVERY BIT if not MORE SO politically correct than the excruciatingly right on BBC.
Ok, we've established that the owner of this site is British and therefore has as much right as any other to start such a website. Going forward, what worries me is that, given the siteowner's political leanings, there will be a lack of balance in the moderation. This could be rectified by recruiting someone else to act as a moderator. I propose that this responsibility be given to Supermong. As for the forum itself, it does feel a bit slow, I think there's loads of code running which slows things down. When I type it can take several seconds for the letters to appear on the screen for example. Some of these forum tools try to do a bit too much and are poorly written. Maybe some settings can be tweaked to disable some scripts? I'm no expert and I'm sure it shows. I would like to see a news forum under general chat where we can debate news items like we used to on 5 Live before the BBC scrapped the forum. I noticed that someone posted such a thread the other day but it was quickly removed, a dedicated News topic would be better suited to such posts.
