I think the point is that the SNP have done the best they can in Scotland under the circumstances (although they could do better) whereas Labour have been an absolute ****ing disaster in Wales.

Wales provides Labour with the opportunity to show what they could do if they were in power at Westminster. That being the case, one would have to surmise it would be a ****ing disaster.
