I'm typing this slowly to give you a better chance of understanding it. Jeremy doesn't back independence for Scotland because he needs the Labour MPs to get him into Downing Street. The problem for him is he fails to understand just how utterly useless Scottish Labour is.

Your timeframe is incorrect too as during the campaigning for Indy Jeremy was a backbencher.

I didn't say Jeremy campaigned against Scottish independence, I said Labour campaigned against it (both in Scotland and Westminster). Try reading my words.

I made the point that Jeremy wants independence for every country bar Scotland because he needs Scottish MPs to get him into No. 10. Try reading my words.

Labour in Scotland or "Scottish labour" campaigned against indepence because that's what they were told to do by their masters in Westminster. Many of Labour in Scotland's Scottish voters will never forgive them for sharing a platform with scum Tories.

 

I said Labour campaigning against independence nearly made them extinct in Scotland which meant that they lost dozens of MPs. I said Jeremy wants to hold onto Scotland because he needs the MPs to get him into No. 10.
