Jenkins's comments were directed at the Sunderland's manager , not Laudrup. If Laudrup doesn't want Ki back , Jenkins will back him , rest assured.
Bob, Poyet has played him further up field than we did, his preferred position so he says, not sure what to make of his attitude though, seems the boy wants to make the black cats a permanent move, Sunderland are insistent that the deadline has passed and that Huw Jenkins is wrong? Not sure what to make of this, not like Huw to get his facts wrong, more to come by the looks of things, I hope we haven't missed the boat!.................
The reason Ki is not going to wear a Swans shirt ever again is to do with his 'injury' and how it conveniently timed well with him going back to Korea to get married, nothing to do with ability
Unfortunately Huw has dropped a clanger on this one, the fact is Ki cannot be recalled by swansea as the cut off date has passed. This has been confirmed by Sunderland who have had it confirmed by the Premier league. In all honesty Ki was struggling when he was with us and no point in bringing him back if was only going to get limited match time. I don't buy into the idea that we have loaned him to a rival and will help get us relegated in fact it's more likely he'll assist Sunderland in bringing down the other nine relegation rivals we have. If we do get dragged into the relegation battle at least on the final game of the season he won't be able to play against us. There are many permutations that could arise from this situation only time will tell if we benefit or lose out.
It's another Dobbie and Blackpool situation all over again, man when will we ever learn?...............
