JENKINS FAILURE AT DOF

Yet no one apart from a few fans questioning why he is still our manager.

 

He allowed Gylfi, Llorente, Kingsley as well as the useless duo Montero and Barrow leave without replacing them. He also didn't look to strengthen at RB.

He also keeps refusing to pick our best midfielder and saviour last season.

 

The same fans that kept saying that Carroll and Fer were more than adequate replacements for Gylfi at set pieces etc.

 

He still thinks it is not his Fault....

 

I put my hand up to saying Ki could easily take Gylfi's place in general play ... and still think he can if played as an attacking midfielder (Hull fans reckon Clucas also) but no one seems capable of delivering from dead ball situations.

 

I'd like to see Ki further up the pitch with Mesa and Leon behind with Narsingh and Dyer/Routs on the wings with Abraham up top.

As for set pieces, we're stuffed. We only had one player good enough for that and we've sold him.

We also don't keep any players at the far end of the penalty area to pick up over hit corners or clearances. Nor do players press their opponents when possession is lost from a corner leaving then a huge area of open pitch for the opposition to swarm forward. And, we seem to have too many players forward and clumping together for corners - they get in each others way and then we have just one or two defending between their penalty area and our goal.

 

Curtis and Leon will sort things out soon dont worry......Clem is a dead manager walking....
