Diame is turning into a real gem. The pressure he applies causes the opposition to make mistakes, just like the Jela goal and his own last week. I can see himself getting sent off being a little too eager, but it makes a nice change!
 
I like Diame more because for all Jelavic's workrate (which is great) how often would he actually have executed that overhead kick?

Regular football and service was all it took.

I'd like to see that gormless pillock Peter Swan apologise for his comments about Jelavic whenever I've had the misfortune to hear his 'radio commentary' this season, if Brucey had taken his advice we'd have missed out on several goals including that wonder strike and his massive effort for the team

This is why I'm a bit perturbed that someone has voted on the MoM thread based on Humberside commentary. Any MoM vote that's influenced at all by Swanny can't be right.

I agree with that. I'm worried he could burn himself out.

Let's not forget though he had another good chance but it was a bit of a weak shot after the pass inside from Robertson.

Its funny that Elmo didn't actually see the goal til after the game, despite the awesome pass from him <laugh>
 
Geovanni at the Emirates was always top of my list. When you take the occasion and end result into account it still tops the list. What a night.
