    Not sure what I think about Tubbs. 27 and never played above League 2? I'm also sure that Crawley would demand a cool £300k minimum.

    It depends on Tubbs' attitude - if he wants to play in League 1 next season staying at Crawley will probably ensure that, if he wants to play in the Championship then we may well be a good bet.

    If you can get a bit of money together you might be able to get Jermaine Beckford. I can see Nigel wanting to get rid of him

    Crawley turned down £750k for Tubbs last January and pay good salaries, they want to move up the leagues and have no need to sell.

    Beckford? You could ask Leeds if they want him back <laugh>
