Just watching an interview with Jason Roberts on soccer am.

Very impressed with what an intelligent and media friendly guy he is and a great player too.

Another very good player that 'got away'.... makes me angry..<grr>

I think he could make a very good future manager..

Let's hope that Woods does not prove to be the next one eh Banksy

20 years old, not everyone's cup of tea at the moment, but does know where the net is. Brum wanted to keep him, for the remainder of the season. Got a horrible feeling that good things with the correct guidance could happen to him, and we will miss out on him.

Jason Roberts brought 'something' to that Reading team, turning them into the championship champions, and he had a very good goal scoring record for us!

Amuses me how many of our fans said he was too old and not good enough for us.

Its ****in laughable really. <doh>

i'll hold my hands up, i said no to the roberts transfer, i thought he would be too old and wouldnt bring much to the team, seems i was proved wrong, but lets not forget roberts is in a team high on confidence and scoring for fun, if he would of come here it could of been a different story

Didn't like the way he conned the ref at Reading when we lost up there, but he's still quality despite his affinity with a certain 4th division outfit.

if we had signed him I bet he would of been as useful as Audrey Roberts

He's been the catalyst for Reading's surge up the table - a good signing
If you remember he came in on loan the season we went up under John Ward (Goater was sold)
He was very raw and one-footed - we went for Akinbyi, Thorpe and Anderson in the summer

Do you know,I don't give a ****,we are now going in the right direction, UP,bolicks to the people who didn't want to be with us,Up the City and that's all I care about.
