I would rather Sunderland turned out with ten men than play Januzzi.Ten men work for the team and for each other,knowing their jobs and doing them -When he plays we in effect have ten men,but as he is a minus quantity-sells his team mates short,the effect is like having 9 men on the field. Our team cannot afford to carry J as he is in our context-a useless liability.Every player probbly has in him one good game or even just one good kick,but we cannot afford to persevere with this lad,hoping he might just do something.If we are to develop players -try it with our own youngsters-who would surely give it more application . Please Moysy=you now have a group -as shown against Liverpool-clearly willing to work their nuts off for our cause-so return J to Man ure and send out the right signal as to what we are about.
It might be the case that he has to hit rock bottom, as in realising that with his current attitude he's not only not good enough for Man United but he's not even good enough for Sunderland, in order for him to get his **** together. May never happen, it's not like it's been a couple of months it's been going on for years. He might benefit from working with a sports psychologist. Like Bri says I know the talent is there I've seen it. Even for us he's capable of just drifting past players like they aren't there, it's not enough though. He'd do well to learn about attitude and work rate from Watmore.
