A few premier clubs interested in signing Erikson, I wonder how the insurance is going to work out on that. It's one thing buying a player with a bad injury history, but a different story to someone who pretty much died on a football pitch.
I don’t see how he’s insurable tbh. So I assume he’s prepared to accept that.

that's a huge if.

Whenever i see him play he makes me think of Saint-Maximin for us (who is slightly divisive amongst our fans as he blows hot and cold) so i checked his stats and saw that his numbers for the 6-7 years combined of Premiership play are about the same as Saint-Maximin has got in the last 2...

I'm far from convinced ASM could cut it in a top 6 club so I think that is indeed a huge IF for Traore

ps. That said, we spent £25m on Chris Wood so it's a comparative bargain.

On a positive note, rumours that Trippier’s given Dele glowing references of Toon and that he wants the move. Gwaaarn, Tripps, proper Tottenham, still trying to help us out even after being gone for over two years.

when I first saw him play about 5 or 6 years ago I really wanted us to sign him, but since then it's become glaringly obvious that he has no composure when it counts, and that's not something you can teach very easily or quickly.

If Conte can get an end product out of him I don’t think that’s extortionate tbh.

This is what I’m trying to tell the Spurs faithful

25 mill isnt much and Traore brings something no one else has got at Spurs

Conte will be the best manager he has worked under….I’m optimistic

anyone who thinks we buying Traore to be a goal/assist machine don’t really get the purchase imo

Hes **** mate

Hes **** mate
He's the best **** player ever. Physically immense and pretty skilful, too.
Absolutely no end product, though. Beats half a team, then either skies it or passes to nobody.
His decision making is appalling and his finishing isn't much better.

I assume Conte's planning to get him to carry the ball up the pitch and then leave it and walk off.

You could have bought Iwobi for 1/4 of the price.
