Players with the heart of Ryan Nelson and daresay Clint Hill (and wishfully 10 years younger) arethe players I would love to see come in. However what can you get for a handful of beans....apart from wind

    1 What's your alternative?
2 Are there managers out there who are capable, wanted to come for the honour of managing the Superhoops and who Fernandes rejected when he appointed Holloway?
3 Do they still want to come?
    4 Who are they?

It's difficult I know but I think we need to know what we are getting into if he does get the sack. That had clearly not been thought through when JFH was thanked for his services and sent on his way with the result that weeks passed and we plummeted down the table before finally winning on Ollie's debut against Norwich. You don't need to remind me . The next 6 games were pretty awful.

Any time this year would be nice.

All those question can't and don't need to be answered by durbar. They should and need to be answered by our chairman. What are his ambitions for the club?

well......I'm waiting for the new stadium due to be open some time this year.........
I do feel for Ollie. he is trying to do his best in extremely testing situations. However.....I think that I would have brought on Matt Smith earlier and just used as a target man...however as I was not at the game I am going on what I read.
I think that I am also forgetting is that Bristol C are probably the "surprise - and i do not mean this derogotary" team this year and annoyed at yet pass and move appeared to be ingnored

Put yourselves in his shoes, what would your ambitions be for a club with a decrepit stadium, no training ground of its own, and a playing staff that costs more than the club generates, that you and your partners are subsidising from our own pockets after having to write of £250m of wasted investment (admittedly from your own stupidity and the actions of people respected within this corrupt industry) with possibly another £40m FFP fine and certainly something eyewatering to pay out of your own pocket?

Any other answer than balance the books and then see where we are is frankly bizarre. Or saying ‘**** it, we’ve made massive, unrecoverable losses, we are **** at this, the ‘football people’ we work with are lying bastards or useless or both, and the fans hate us, we’re walking away, anybody who wants the club can have it for nothing’

I can't tell you what my ambitions would be if I was in his position but I can tell you that I wouldn't be bull ****ting the fans with empty promises of training grounds and stadiums and correcting past mistakes

Linked with Tim Cahill, can't see it myself and my Millwall ITK reckons he's nailed on to sign for the Lions...

Perfect. So neither you nor Bob know what to do once your wish has been realised. No doubt until you don't like the next appointment and the next and the next and..................... Wouldn't it have been easier to simply tell us that? now that I know I can tell you that I would rather back the team, the manager and the owners rather than bank everything on the jerks of your knee.

It is very very simple Yorkshire. Interview people who apply for the vacancy.

Why is it down to myself or durbar to realise what to do? Very bizarre post indeed. It's not a case of not liking ian Holloway, I don't personally know him. It's the fact that he obviously doesn't know what he's doing and isnt very good at his job. If he was a crap gardener, plumber, salesman etc he wouldn't last too long either. Do you really think we want to feel and think like this? That we wanted him to fail? It's not down to us and our voices can only be heard by not being heard at matches, which is what's happening. A knee jerk reaction???? Really? Where have you been since he took over?
