As in he's an alcoholic. He was sent back from Leicester because of his poor attitude.
This isn't one of those ones to argue with me on, it's pretty well known. It's why he hasn't played much in the last few years.
There's literally nothing that proves he's an alcoholic, the only thing that has been said is he was once fined for drink driving. That doesn't prove he's an alcoholic, it proves he's a bit dim... something most footballers are.
That's alright, by your logic, players such as Dawson, Koren and Deano shouldn't have joined us.

You're a fool. All I've ever done is question bringing in a player who was seen as crap enough to ship off to the US, and didn't rip up trees there. Surprisingly, he has only started a handful of games for us. I was really a moron with that notion.
For the record I was perfectly happy with the signing of Taylor, so this ridicule directed at me about over 30 players is just stupid.
I'm not the only one not keen on Powell so open your eyes.
Powell isn't what we need - he's a midfielder. Is Bruce attempting to be the first manager to field a starting 11 entirely made up of midfielders?

My dad was from L'pool, and supported Everton. Therefore, as a young lad, I went the other way.No one has a 2nd team! And the funny thing is you've hand picked another team to follow and you've picked them
I follow the fortunes of plenty of English teams. That doesn't necessarily mean I like them. I hate Arsenal, but they're good to watch. Watching them lose makes me very happy.
In a match between City and any other team -- Liverpool, Blackpool, Cincinnati, anybody -- I always want City to win. I hope this clears it up for you.
Nobody tells me how to support my team.
My dad's from Stoke. He took me to my first Hull City game when I was six, shortly after we started playing games at the KC. We were in the old Third Division at the time and finished mid table, Stoke were in the old First Division. I had a choice but instead of making bullshit excuses about 'family connections' I supported my home team and my dad took me as often as he could.
I simply don't understand the point of this Powell signing, if true.

I wouldn't go as far as calling you a **** for having a second team. All the way through secondary school, most of the kids in my year supported Chelsea, Man U, Liverpool, Arsenal etc. I think I was like one out of four kids who supported City and City alone; the aforementioned kids would say City were their second team and conveniently 'supported' them when we had our first stint in the Prem. I went to a fairly big school as well (Winifred Holtby). My mates who I first met at sixth form all support City and City alone, like me, which was a breath of fresh air.
Having second teams or 'supporting' clubs which aren't your home town club are just things which piss me off about football in general.
