He’s been into double figures last 4 seasons which is good. And he’s never injured and he can hold a line.

Also if we go down the 4-4-2 route we would have him and Wilson up top. Now that’s some strength and power.

I do like the speed and silence that this has moved with (after the first rumour broke).

 

Wood is a squad player at best but a deffo upgrade on any striker we have bar Wilson. Covers bases if we go down too.

 

We need some proper men in our team.

We might even scorer from corners for the 1st time in a decade

Indeed, plus buying from one of our relegation rivals and to weaken in the process isn't bad at all.

Haters can mock us as much they want, this season is all about surviving.
