Oh my life…sub-standard conditions. Well having lived in Victoria myself and stayed at the very same hotel which I think he is ‘holed up’ in I can safely say that it is by far sub-standard…and that’s going off the cheap skate room rate I was prepared to pay…I suspect his room might be a tad nicer than the ones I stayed in!
