This will be coming up soon and I wonder if there is any noise surrounding Bristol City. It seems that the future of Antoine Semenyo is the hot topic for this year but is there any other worthy gossip hitting the air waves surrounding the annual nonsense? Given our financial position I would doubt that we will be big buyers or sellers this time around but to be brutally honest we need something to kick us up the backside. Mediocrity and apathy have bitten us really hard yet again and unless something positive happens we could be up some backwater without any paddles. For heaven's sake do something to cure this malaise- anything.

I just looked at tomorrow's BBC Football gossip and noticed the top line photo is of Antoine Semenyo. There was nothing about him on a pretty barren column, but I was wondering if there may be more to come during the next week or so? It seemed strange to see Antoine like that, or is it just me? Perhaps it may be Nkunku and if it is then they must be twins.

How times have changed in 3 years, then we spent £m's , now we are in the queue for a National League striker, pandemics and financial losses at £412k per week, stupidity.

But we’re still in the Championship, possibly the most competitive league in the world!!

It’s not just us though, look at the other teams mentioned. It’s a sign of these pre covid times.

I would be tempted to go in with an offer of £3m + loan back to end of season gamble on 4 1/2 year deal! with 20% sell on clause!

Should we then get an offer for AS [ £10m ] we are covered ...

Where do we get £3m from ?
think about it Ashton a gamble is what I said .. season ticket money if we had to pay cash!!..lol ... but £3m is not the end of the world ...
