So Liverpool signed Gakpo, Chelsea have now signed Badiashiele. Meanwhile, we're still regularly seeing Jacob Murphy and Chris Wood. Anybody else a tiny bit disappointed we've not moved quicker? Particularly as we can reference posts on here from the Summer crying out for 2 players - we needed them then, we've done incredible but surely Eddie and the team know we still need them now? Seems madness to not try and push on to top 4, even if it's ahead of schedule?
As I said elsewhere, we are 4 players from what I believe will be a sustained assault on the top 4. Isak's return is one, a reliably creative winger is two, a quality central midfielder is three and full back cover (Fresneda) is four. We all said we needed a winger and midfielder in August. Nothing has changed - I'm a little surprised moves haven't been worked on and lined up ready to go.

I think newcastle will sign mctomminay at this point.. Craig hope doesn't bullshit the fans and he's got the attitude howe likes even if he's not particularly good .
