This should cheer everyone up.... Dimitar Berbatov is keen to leave relegation-threatened Fulham in January. The Bulgarian striker's contract expires in the summer but the 32-year-old wants to move on at the turn of the year, with Turkish side Trabzonspor interested.
In simple terms he can f**k off... His character and attitude stink. Actually I can understand now why Sir Alex would not play him.
Our dire predicament has just hit home after seeing this.... @PPOffers: Latest Premier League Relegation Odds: Palace 1/5, Sunderland 8/11, Fulham 4/5, Cardiff 15/8, Hull 11/4 http://t.co/t12dEUt8ne Get ready for another end-of-season cliffhanger "great escape"!
Today's relevant gossip.... Fulham's new manager Rene Meulensteen wants to sign Dynamo Moscow winger Balazs Dzsudzsak, 26, in a £11m deal. Norwegian left-back John Arne Riise is hoping to prove himself at Fulham under new manager Rene Meulensteen after looking set to leave in January before Martin Jol's departure.
I am hoping to more news like this of players trying to do better. Lets not forget the money in PL are a lot and a few of these players will not find better conditions than playing for Fulham. Bring in some of the youngsters who will have more hunger to achieve (money)!
Good news I think, though we need much more. Really, I'm hoping we can get some EPL-based players on loan. We need instant results; there isn't sufficient time (IMO) for people to move here and get acquainted with EPL pace.
Within all the stuff that is (and will be) floating around this rumour is the most interesting: please log in to view this image "With the Cottagers already struggling in the relegation zone, they could be dealt the further blow that their star forward Berbatov will move on in the middle of the season, leaving them short of attacking options. New manager Rene Meulensteen is already thought to be on the lookout for replacements for the Bulgarian, and SportsDirect News understands that Manchester City youngster John Guidetti is one of the names on his shortlist. The 21-year-old has been at the Etihad Stadium since 2010, but has made only one appearance for the club's senior side, and seems likely to be on his way out in the near future as he seeks first-team football. The likes of Liverpool and Aston Villa have been linked with him in the past, and Fulham could now be ready to step up their interests in the promising Sweden international." Surely it's time to give Briggs another chance? Is he still in the squad or in loan? He can only improve unlike R & R.
I have no idea how reliable this site is, just seen it pop up on twitter: https://www.zapsportz.com/#/article/exclusive-clint-dempsey-snubs-hammers-to-rejoin-fulham-on-loan
Share you're like of Demps, traveller. However, it would be an awful short fix (if it works out and he gets back to scoring) since the loan would only be until February. What do we do after that? We'll still need points. And where do we play him? I wouldn't want, for instance, to see Dejagah marginalised (again!).
He could be a great impact player for us if we're chasing a game. We could take off one of our golden oldies in the centre and bring on Clint. It might mean Kasami loses out a bit though so him and Kaca may have to alternate on the left wing. He'd definitely be a great option for us to have, even if it is short term.
Must agree Fulhamireland, although only a short term fix ,if he helped us stay up it would give RM a chance in the summer to bulld his team.
I would happily take Dempsey back with open arms!!! Have been saying it for a while now but let's get in young Westwood in from Ipswich, would be our left back for the next 10 years.
