This is what i worry about, it will take too long to shift these players and then there will be no time left to buy anyone.
Do you think we could get Victor Anichebe? I've been impressed when I've seen him play this season, his hold up play is very good and I think he could be that bit of difference we need. Has age, height and pace all on his side and has started to get an eye for goal. 5 in 12 last season, 3 in 7 this time around which, for a player who is in and out of the side, isn't too shabby. I think he'd be ideal with Nugent and I think Everton might sell. Would like us to go for him if our hopes of signing Wood are dashed.
anichebe has looked a good player this season, better than jelavic this season tbf. Id love him but i think he is happy.
Bert tweeted a couple of bit earlier: "Bert ‏@BertLcfc Wood" "Bert ‏@BertLcfc DEL BOY AND RODNEY" Dunno how reliable he is nowadays but Wood and Trotter would be 2 excellent signings.
So realisticly who do people want Nigel to try and sign? With Chris Wood coming in surely if we want another striker that means someone will have to depart weather thats Futacs or Schlupp going out on loan. But for Schlupp to go then Nigel would have to sort out some cover for Konchesky I think a centre half is a must and according to John Percy we are after Alex Baptiste of Blackpool. I wouldnt mind him If we are going to get another midfielder I think alot will depend on if we can shift Wellens or Danns I would love us to sign Liam Trotter but I dont think it is realistic so i would go for Liam Bridcutt from Brighton. Very good player in this league

Awesome player, can't see it happening but I would be very happy with that. Young, quick, with an eye for goal and can play all across the midfield and attack. Will play for England one day.
