    I know Chaplow fits the build but if we can get a similar player in on loan too it would give strength and depth.

    We are apparently close to bringing in west brom striker Roman Bednar on loan untill the end of season with a view to a permanent move.

    Eugh no thanks. Not a very good player and certainly not the kind of personality we want - busted for being involved in a Class A drug ring a little while back, and also known for being a bit of a prick.

    Yes, but just because the owners do, does not mean the clubs do. Owners don't put 100% of their wealth into their football clubs. I think it's quite clear that Leicester have vastly more money available for transfers and wages than we do. (I'm not complaining of course. It's good that we're so much more financially prudent than Leicester are).

    On this basis it's highly unlikely that we are close to bringing him in, I really cannot see NA bringing someone like that to the team + he is not good enough IMO

    Yeah,they are just spending all of it on their first team,pumping vast amounts of money just to get into the premiership.They don't really have a plan for the future like we do,investing in the academy,being a self-sustaining club etc...
