That was a good spot lad! Know anything about him? Not sure about this `being offered` players thing. Suggests wanting rid rather than us actively watching and recruiting.

Tottenham have joined the interest in Sunderland striker Steven Fletcher. The Mail on Sunday says Sunderland will want around £10m for Fletcher, who is also wanted by Celtic and Hull City. His agent, Scott Fisher, revealed: "I’m sure Celtic would appeal to most players, as would Champions League football. "But there has been no contact from Celtic and, at the moment, Steven is a Sunderland player with two-and-a-half years left on his contract. So, until they decide if they are selling the player, it is between the two clubs to sort out. "I am sure there is also interest from English Premier League clubs in a player of his quality." EVERTON are preparing a summer move for contract rebel Jack Colback - if Sunderland lose their battle against the drop. Homegrown midfielder Colback turned down a new deal in the summer and is out of contract at the end of the season, when he will be eligible to leave for nothing on a Bosman free transfer. With Sunderland’s Premier League future hanging in the balance, it is no surprise Colback is playing a waiting game rather than committing himself to the Wearsiders. The 24-year-old said this week that he does not expect to leave during the January transfer window. However, Everton boss Roberto Martinez is a big admirer of the versatile academy product, who is comfortable both at left-back as well as in central midfield. With the Toffeemen bracing themselves for another attempt from their former boss David Moyes to lure England left-back Leighton Baines to Manchester United, a move for Colback would make sense for the Merseysiders. Sunderland would be loathe to lose Colback and Gus Poyet would like to keep him regardless of which division the Black Cats are playing in next season. However, Colback holds all the aces and will not be short of offers in the summer if Sunderland do end up in the Championship. Swansea City and West Bromwich Albion are among the other sides to have shown interest, although a move to a side with European aspirations such as Everton would hold more appeal for the Tynesider.

9:45 Sunderland's teenage French striker Mikael Mandron is a target for League Two outfit Fleetwood Town, Sky sources understand. The 19-year-old made two substitute appearances for the Black Cats in the Premier League at the end of last season but is yet to make a first-team outing in the current campaign. http://www1.skysports.com/transfer-centre/

Ondrej Celustka has been mooted as a possible makeweight in a deal to take Oscar Cardozo to Trabzonspor. Trabzonspor are attempting to sign Paraguayan striker Oscar Cardozo and according to Portuguese newspaper O Jogo the player has agreed terms with the Turkish side but the two clubs are yet to agree a fee. http://rokerreport.sbnation.com/2014/1/6/5278106/sunderland-defender-linked-with-benfica-switch
PLAYER NUMBER 30 LINKED!!!!!!! Liverpool are showing interest in non-league goalkeeper Kelle Roos. The Dutchman currently plays for Nuneaton Town in England after coming through the academy at PSV Eindhoven. He also has past experience with Willem II and NEC Nijmegen. Der Gelderlander says along with Liverpool, Sunderland and Cardiff City are also keen. Roos, 21, admits the move was made with an eye of getting his foot in the door of English football. "The club sees me as an investment project. I have a contract until the summer, but they hope to sell me this winter," he revealed. Scout facts NAME: Valmir Berisha AGE: 17 (6th July, 1996) BORN: Kosovo POSITION: Striker CLUB: Halmstads FACTS: Yet to make his first-team debut Sky Sports Scout Ratings: 0-10 - No hoper 11-20 - Should look elsewhere 21-30 - Might not make it 31-40 - Has work to do 41-50 - Keep an eye on him 51-60 - Great prospect 61-70 - On his way to the top 71-80 - Already World-class The latest player to be spotlighted is Swedish starlet Valmir Berisha. The scout reports... You get many players branded the 'new' and then add a name of one of the world's top footballers, and that is happening in Sweden - but we look to see whether Valmir Berisha could very well be the 'new' Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Like Ibrahimovic, Berisha has strong Eastern European links - indeed he was actually born in Kosovo before moving to Sweden aged just two. Berisha's footballing talents were soon picked up on by Halmstads, who have brought him to the edge of their first team. But it is not with Halmstads where Berisha has caught the eye of what seems every major club in Europe - it is with Sweden's Under-17 side. Berisha, who turned down Albania to play for Sweden, was picked for the Under-17 World Cup and he took the tournament in the United Arab Emirates by storm. Berisha finished with seven goals, including one back-heeled goal which had people raving about his astonishing skill. Now having returned from international duty, Halmstads are desperately trying to convince him to remain with them and continue his football education - but with Real Madrid, Juventus, Manchester United and Arsenal just some of the clubs interested, the pull for him to leave is huge. It is no surprise when you see Berisha in action. He is yet to be tested against anyone other than his age group, but he does look outstanding. Standing at nearly 6ft, he is strong but it is his close control and eye for goal that stand him out. Good in the air but clinical, it is very easy to see why he is often likened to the mighty Ibrahimovic, and the clubs watching him can clearly also see that. The scout says... Despite looking likely to leave Halmstads, Berisha says he wants to join a club where he can learn but also play from the off. Because of this Berisha has already turned down trials at Man United, Arsenal and Real Madrid, as he wants to make an instant impact at the club he joins. It will be intriguing to see who will win the race for his signature. The Scout rating...
