This season is done so it’s time to plan for the next.

Priorities for me are signing Famewo and Lee permanently.

If we were to use one of those loan slots to borrow a striker, then it would be better for Davison to go out on loan.

If JFC is returning then it’s probably better for Morgan to go out on loan.

Then if it hasn’t already happened, SG and co need to start making enquiries about summer signings.

Hopefully this summer we can get our business done early.

Shame that looked a good move on paper, but he never looked like a player we needed or with anything to offer. Weird how these things go sometimes.

I agree but not sure why he'd drop to us unless he wants a move down south
Prior to Rotherham he was at Plymouth and Southend so presumably would be happy down south. Started at Colchester I believe. Probably reckons he won’t get a new contract once Rotherham get promoted so looking for a new team that suits him ?

TS's shares in Zynex aren't doing too well, doesn't bode too well for the January window.

It appears Chuks Aneke is returning to SE7. Not on the OS yet, but reliable sources reckon it's done. I'm fine with that.

Yeah, just been passed this on facebook. I believe we've signed him for 300k, though obviously it's social media so not confirmed yet. Still, I'm happy enough with this - unless he's changed, he can bag a few goals and come on when we are chasing a game.

it's confirmed. really surprised at this... hopefully one more striker coming in to give us options. would hope we start clearing out soon too - albie can go, davison, kirk needs a loan. watson needs paying off

He offers us something different, League One defences aren’t keen on him either.

Decent signing in my opinion

If Stockley's hip problem turns out to be not so serious as feared that gives us 4 strikers, Stockley, Chuks, Washo and Burstow. Seems the right number, Davison can be 5th choice. More important we need an attacking midfielder, especially since there's no sign of JF-C atm. Maybe Kirk can be tried in this role, he's not a wide left player, and there are signs he can pick a pass, which isn't Gilbey's or Lee's strong point.
