Yeh new striker is a must
The others have proved not good enough after many opportunities
Unfortunately the best one is mcnulty and he is our loan and to improve we will have to move on
The really under performing wyke and grigg
Kimpo is just an impact sub at best

I've only seen him in one game but he was immaculate in it, totally assured and very accurate in his passing.

I am not sure about him either, but worth a try in the Cup games at least and if it proves successful it would buy us time. then see where we are at, next window. When I think a couple of decent full backs are a priority, to free both Hume and O/9 to play further forward.

I'd be amazed if we brought in 2 players.
Those wanting/expecting 4 or more are to be sorely disappointed.
PP was brought in ( for amongst other things ) doing more with less. This was his attraction due to what he did at bolton and bradford.
Its not the players we have, it is more the rot instilled in them by ross that needs to be cut out.
Loans and/or freebies and that will be it.

When we lost under Ross it was Ross' fault. When we lose under Parkinson it's Ross' fault. If we don't go up it'll be Ross' fault. I bet if you stub your toe you think Ross has moved your furniture around.

    What would you know <laugh>.

He isnt the best mate but he is the best LB we have at the club. Hume good going forward but not good at defending.

Rot set in by Ross? We lost 10 games out of 75 under Ross, we have lost 4 out of 6 under Parkinson.

Yeah there was a probably bit of stagnation but Ross was the one who stopped the rot not caused it. He deserves massive credit for transforming the club from whipping boys who everyone was either laughing at or feeling sorry for into a team that was nigh on impossible to beat.

He was also a bit unlucky with the criticism about not beating Bolton, seems like everyone expected it to be 6-0 but the Bolton side we faced were nothing like the one that started the season. That lead onto a one off bad performance against Lincoln and his fate was sealed.

I do think Parkinson has the right idea being more aggressive and going for wins though.

I think we will bring in two or three, and I'd be very disappointed if we brought in less than two. The main thing is how good they are, and whether they fit in to the pattern of play as well as fitness and quality. The January window is not the best market to shop in, but it can be done. Shipping one or two out would also be a step in the right direction, maybe in part exchange.
