I hope not, i really like onien but as a cb. He is not a cm and certainly not in a team that plays the way we do at the minute, as a couple have mentioned hes bettwr when the game is in fromt of him

Didn't Dyche say something about every player getting a fresh start and a chance to impress? Surely that would mean Simms aswell.

I imagine he will be aware of Simms and what he can/can't do. Simms will be in his ear too so I wouldn't necessarily say that Dyche's appointment will scupper any deal

We must have been given some encouragement by Everton for us still to be in for him. Likely they are just waiting for their own signing before sanctioning the move. I can't imagine Simms (no disrespect to him) is seen as the man to save Everton's season
