.Dajaku out and Gelhardt in to take his place in the squad sounds like a great bit of business. Well done the recruitment team.
SoUnlike Hume, Dakaju can play 3 different positions so he has multiple opportunities to make an impression against different players, not just Diallo.
Also it seems an upgrade on Matete to Ekwa
I was told today, Everton want him out but not on loan. The general thought is that Simms won't be coming back due to the "uncertainty" at Everton.
So
He might be able to stand in those positions but play 1st team football I doubt it.

As long as your happy mate, no poison intendedI have no idea what your on about there mate?? Theres nothing else to say about Dajaku now, I've said my opinion and I'm now focused on talking about his replacement which sounds like a big upgrade.
Me too marra - I thought Diallo was a headless chicken after his first two or three games. Class now like. After a handful of games I said in a match thread that I didn't really know what Amad was supposed to be doing. He wasn't a right winger and he wasn't playing as a number 10.
Thankfully, he's just decided that he'll play both roles at the same time and it's all clocked for him. There was definitely an element of frustration from me, but he's also found much better form once playing every week which I didn't really appreciate at the time.

Quite a mixed bag of comments concerning Dajaku , bottom line as far as I’m concerned is that the bar has been raised and to get in to the side you have to be a lot better and producing on a regular basis . The same is true of Matete who has a similar mixed bag of comments and has also gone out on loan , as the club progresses it will put a lot of players under pressure and ultimately it will be the Manager who decides who goes in to the team . Going out on loan can help in some cases with a change of environment bringing about improvement or in some cases putting them in the shop window for possible moves . Wish both of them the best of luck and would be delighted to see them return better players .I was impressed we'd signed a young lad from bayern so paid a lot of attention to him, his movement and work rate are unbelievable, his decision making is questionable to say the least but that can be coached, the problem is people are writing him off and never really watched him,
The amount of times he pulls the full back out wide and the looks to make the diagnol run between the full back and CB but doesn't recieve the ball.
He is probably one of the best strikers of a ball at the club, but unless you are at the game and just watch him then you should be criticising the lad, the highlights show doesn't show his work off the ball.
Really hope he gets game time and comes back the player I'm sure he can be
