Agree. The team and infrastructure of professionals now is absolutely world's away from the Cabal of Donald and Methven.

I don't think the club has ever been set up in such a way that they have people who are well respected and professional in every role at the club. It appears that they do their jobs and KLD needs to have very little input.

That is without looking at us never using data before and now having a professional recruitment team. 1st series on Netfilx two booked doing that job walked in and had Zlatan on the list of targets! They should have been sacked on the spot as they just walked in with a list of players who were known to be available regardless of level or fit for the club!
