Carney hasn’t played 5 times in the EFL yet so don’t think he counts as a professional, so we’d just have Bass. No idea if that means we can loan someone in to have 2 “professionals” or if Bass would be to be injured/loaned somewhere to allow it.

If be tempted to get another left back in. Cirkin seems to be picking up injuries and although Alese can play there, I would prefer a specialist full back
All 'keepers make mistakes, as do all players, just theirs usually end up as goals that is why they usually get more stick than deserved. A striker missing an open goal is very rarely slated, people just say "he should have scored"

Unfortunately a lot of our fans can’t see fault in local lads playing poor/making mistakes yet are the first to sling ****e when it’s other players. As I said earlier, Patto has made a lot of mistakes this season with quite a few leading to goals but people won’t have a bad word said about him. Then Bass comes in and makes a mistake and he’s the worst goalkeeper in history. The fella hadn’t played a single minute of football this season before yesterday I believe, so he’s obviously not going to be match fit and mistakes are bound to happen. He’s more than good enough as back up. Most championship clubs back up keepers nobody’s even heard of and have been signed for pennies/on a free and have spent most of their careers in L1/L2.
I agree. We need another left back or left wing back if we want to play a back 3/5.
