I have little knowledge about Gelhardt but know a coach who knows a coach at Leeds in the under age group. Via the power of text messages this coach says he is the real deal. Great finisher and really cool in tight situations.

I was keen on Broadhead coming back but on the face of it this lad is a step up. Fingers crossed.

It's so difficult to find a striker that scores with the regularly of Ross Stewart.

If I was the Chairman, I would only sell if the player wanted out. After all, how much would it cost to find a replacement striker with the same ability?

IMO, he is our best bargain buy striker since Kevin Phillips.

You forgot Will Grigg on fire

Are you telling me you did not rate Rada Prica?

Just on the few clips I’ve seen, Gelhardt looks to have excellent close control and enjoys playing intricate football. Just the ticket to blend with the way we’ve been playing.

Yet more evidence of the definite blueprint that we’re working from.

From what I've seen and read about him he can definitely get himself out of tight situations with excellent feet. A few Leeds fans have said it looks like he is going to lose the ball then all of a sudden he is away from 2 players with 3 touches and explodes. Sounds like he will fit right it.
They also say he is a strong stocky little ****er who grafts his arse off.

Not signing a keeper would be a massive risk like. Only thing I can think is that if Patto gets injured, would we be eligible for an emergency loan perhaps?
I think it goes on the age and number of first team games the no2 has had, not convinced we would qualify for an emergency loan. That's why bellend teams in L1 don't give a **** qbout a sub keeper and just loan one in.
