I have never really had the sense he is public enemy number 1 mate. I think him and the keeper (cant remember his bloody name) were welcomed with open arms when he got here and through the Johnson part of last season got plenty of praise and chances. I suspect he has just fallen down the pecking order and others are now deemed better than him by the club and fans. In some ways I think fans are more patient and supportive of players from overseas than those from our own doorstep, but there isnt any sciencd behind that, just an opinion.

Not sure I agree with that mind. It was the same with Hoffman, made a mistake and he was vilified all over social media. We’ve just not really had many overseas players for years so there’s been nobody to criticise! We’ll see come the end of the season now that we’re signing a squad of les bleus!

There's a player there, but he needs game time to kick on
Definitely a player there yet some people quite happy to right him off when he's had very little game time.
Then again the amount of people writing off Evans and earlier this season according to some Dan Neil wasn't up to the championship, amazing what a run in the side can do

I hope not he’s not the best in there

Tbf nobody rated Evans in midfield either when we were in league one. Most thought O'Nien wouldn't be any good in the championship in any position but he proved them wrong.

I know that him playing well at CB at this level has somehow cemented the idea that he can't play in midfield but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

People are banging on about Dajaku not having enough game time?
Theres obviously a reason for that. The little time hes had he has done nothing to show hes worth a place in the team. Players like Hume and Alese have grasped their opportunities with both hands, where as Dajaku looks like a Duck out of water in this league.

I always said I thought Evans was the scapegoat from sub-par performances from Neil at the start of the season. He was overcommitting and leaving Evans trying to deal with numerous midfielders breaking. Obviously miles apart from that now and I hold my hands up and admit Neil is starting to live up to his massive potential.

Should have said I am not on any social media, unless this counts. Will blur my view no doubt. I have always found us to be a friendly club for players from everywhere. Put the graft in and we forgive most things and many become real favourites of ours.

Hume has been quality but he has nobody to compete with for his position due to injuries, never mind Diallo. I’m sure after Diallos first few games people were saying he looks average.. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Infact he didn’t play until we went to Watford when we had no fit strikers, and even then we started embleton and pritchard as 2 False 9s ahead of Diallo.

Edit - tell a lie he came on against reading a few days before that when the game was out of sight at 0-3!

Humes come from the Irish league mate, which is probably League 2 standard at best. Hes now established himself as our first choice RB in less than a year. Dajaku has had plenty more opportunities than he has to get himself in the first team picture and he has not been unable to do that. Alese is another example in how to take an opportunity with both hands.
Dajaku has had 10 appearances for us in all competitions this season and hes miles off the pace. A loan move will hopefully do him good, but hes certainly not being hard done by from peoples negative comments. People are just saying it as it is.

Not that I’m going to get into a massive debate about it but I have to get it off my chest again like, some of our fans baffle me absolutely adoring O’nien or Gooch because they get stuck in occasionally even though they’re very limited footballers (who didn’t really shine in L1 never mind the championship) then writing off a kid who was training with the likes of Coutinho/Lewandowski/Muller as a teenager because he can’t get a start over a £30m+ Loanee who’s probably been our best player this season. Haway lads we’re better than that.

Hope he goes there and gets plenty of minutes in his preferred role coming back full of confidence.
I was impressed we'd signed a young lad from bayern so paid a lot of attention to him, his movement and work rate are unbelievable, his decision making is questionable to say the least but that can be coached, the problem is people are writing him off and never really watched him,
The amount of times he pulls the full back out wide and the looks to make the diagnol run between the full back and CB but doesn't recieve the ball.
He is probably one of the best strikers of a ball at the club, but unless you are at the game and just watch him then you should be criticising the lad, the highlights show doesn't show his work off the ball.
Really hope he gets game time and comes back the player I'm sure he can be
