I am at a dev event with a couple of everton academy coaches later this week. Will get the info on Simms. Seems like everybody knows he is coming back here as there is no choice. Only danger is Lampard being sacked and a new coach deciding to hamg on to him.

You'd think the new coach might actually have some sense and see that he's not premier league ready but a development loan out to a club where he was regularly playing and scoring would be the best outcome for everyone.

Lets be fair, seeing the style of football we're playing and how many opportunities we're giving to young lads who wouldn't want to come and be a part of that considering the 'model' obviously.

If we can get Simms back, add another striker and a bit of quality elsewhere we'll all be happy.
