He, Grumpy Old Man, who's posted the info on RTG, and me are mutual friends. I've no doubt it's true and now just a question of whether the lad will fancy moving the length of the country.

The way young players are coached, developed and given the chance to play will help. I think playing Chris Rigg was a significant, and deliberate, statement from the club.

Just a point to those on RTG who rarely mention football but relentlessly post about other people. I'm not claiming to be the source of this info. I was also banned from RTG because I wouldn't back down in a row with Pancho, the weird Mod. Ironically the same posters who complain about him sided with him just to have a pop at me. I went back on, mainly to help my many RTG friends with tickets, etc. I obviously had to deny being Reiver, to avoid an instant ban, but was constantly reported by some of the resident cranks. I didn't post any ITK knowledge under my new name.

I've recently posted, on here, that I've now lost the last of my reliable contacts, a journalist, and rarely hear anything.

People on forums who probably never go to matches and simply attack other people, for no good reason, spoil these places for everyone ...

... but obviously think more of their own idiotic games and fragile egos than the health of the board. There's some really sad people on the Internet, I'm only posting this for general interest and not for people to take as gospel ... no one with a fully functioning brain would ever do that until 'the scarf shot'.

Smug, without your posts and help you provide to other SAFC fans, following the lads wouldn't be as enjoyable. Long may it continue.

Also shows why AN spat the dummy here, didn't want to play and promote younger lads. The lad seemed to have potential and should be out on loan with a view of him becoming number 1.

Or should I say we would have that plan for him!

Was he class that day or were we ****? He seemed unplayable!

He should have been sent off before he'd even scored!

Enough talent, if he had applied it , to have played regularly in The Championship. But his attitude has meant his name is toxic almost everywhere he's played.

He'll end up back in Bellshill with nowt.
