Versatile full back. Predominantly a right back but can play right wing and left back.
Still a youngster and has Alves and Alba ahead of him at Barca, hence why he is looking to leave. Barca want to keep him and have tried extending his contract but the player wants more game time.
Not lightening quick, but he can dribble quickly with the ball, good technique, sharp passing - in the typical Barca mould.

Apparently he wants to play games and thinks he would have a better chance somewhere else, he can play right or left back but they have Jordi Alba and Dani Alves so it will be hard for him to get a game ahead of them two.

Come out and said he'd consider staying at Everton but only if they got CL football. Add the fact Mourinho has been saying less than encouraging things about him and his reasons for wanting to go seems like might not be on the best terms.
If we were to get CL, a young player, proven in the Prem over 2 seasons and a different type of forward to what we already have.

Heard his interview on Radio 5 earlier on and wondered that myself.
Good goal record in the prem. and a right handful for defenders.......hmmm........

£5m for a full back who has hardly played and is out of contract in the summer? Would hope we could maybe knock that down a little bit but looks to be building some momentum.
