Exactly! Now if you had a hand in signing someone for the club, wouldn't you want to be there to greet him? This suggests to me that TC has very, very little say in our signings. Yet he gets al the criticism!
Agree, he has no say whatsoever, every interview on transfers he always says 'ask Victor'. However he must have been aware of the set up when he agreed to take the job and as someone else said, he's probably played / coached in this set up his whole career. If he's not happy he should resign.
I accept that, & I'm sure he does too, but my point is that Orta is clearly doing all the signings, but any criticism seems to be directed at TC. Bit unfair IMO.

O'Leary ? Seriously ? Apart form a short stint managing Shabab Al Ahli while he was on holiday in Dubai about 8 years ago the bloke hasn't had a proper job managing a football club for 12 years.
does not matter , he knows how to manage as was leeds manager and aston villa and he definately knows how to defend being arsenals central defender , he could definately show this bunch how to defend !! IN FACT he is over qualified and dont get me going on leeds latest pick of manager who hated leeds as a youngster and holds fergeson in high esteme i would not give him the job if he begged for it , he pales in comparison to david o leary another sacking coming up ha ha , but i hope im wrong and he gets leeds into the play offs at least if not automatic place
But can you imagine if we are not winning games and the managers job is going against him do you think he will be bothered about leeds if he was brought up hating leeds ????? surely you go for a manager that loves leeds such as simon grayson who was a right back and also played midfield so he will know something about sorting a defence out and got leeds promoted to championship
