There is more chance of having a **** of the pope than Bony ever wanting to even think about coming back to Swansea, First it's a backward step, second ,We cant afford his wages and third, Why would he want to come back to a club sinking faster than the titanic.......dream on..
"of the Pope"? Wouldn't you rather have one "off" him? I guess you're a giver rather than a taker Dai
I think you can play for up to 3 teams which includes loans , but not 4 ...pretty sure but not a 100 %
Dai, with all of this deliberate baiting and wumming I'm just letting you know that a poster from another club would have been banned by now. If you post a different view, fair enough, but don't do it in a deliberate way to just antagonise/wind others up.
Yes they can. They could play 7. They could play 14 or 21. I'm not even a professional athlete and I could play 7 games in a week.....but if you strapped me up with performance analysing paraphernalia, and got a computer to analyse the data produced, you would see a diminishing of my physical performance throughout the week. If our opponents also kept fielding an XI from 14 or 15 or so first team picks in every game, and played roughly the same amount of games as us it wouldn't matter....but this is professional sport we're talking about, and nobody in the top flight (where we play for the big bucks) is putting themselves at a disadvantage in this way. This has been going on for years.
If players play 2 games in a week you have to give them rest days instead of training.... that is if you don't want them to be at a disadvantage compared to the opposition. Our team needs to be training and preparing for this game on Wednesday. It has become like a cup final for us.
Someone should tell Jenkins how important training is ....training cancelled on a Monday , then he leaves the manager he about to sack in charge for Tuesday and Wednesday while he goes to London to pick up his OBE .Returns on Wednesday and sacks Monk . Puts Curtis in charge Thursday temporarily , till he can find a new manager , then the team travels to Manchester on Friday I imagine to get ready for Saturday's game ..Keystone cops comes to mind ...
I am deadly serious valley that shelvey needs to move for his own sake, He cant do right from wrong by a few on here and don't justify all the stick he gets. It's strange he gets loads of praise from football commentators and pundits though and they know more about football than ever any fan would, Even Curtis wants him to stay as a key player but sadly i think shelvey has had enough and wants to move now and i happen to agree with him for his sake. he don't deserve the amount of stick he gets......And the same fans will want to put a £10m price tag on him... It will be our loss at the end of the day of a key player who can win us games...It's very sad.....
I'd have taken the £5 million we should have had instead of him. If we get £10-£12 million as is being reported then Huw has played a bloody blinder.
Curtis isn't going to say we want to get rid of him when we are thinking of selling him. TV pundits may have been good players but watching and understanding what's going on is a different thing. I doubt any of them have watched three full games of our team in a row so can have no understanding of whats going on.
WOL just reported that there's a possible return for JDG. Decent replacement for JJS and will add some needed depth to the squad
