Why would you pay £3 for a playing in a position we've got loads of players who can do a job, when you've got a position where nobody can do a job?
You don't need footballing nous to work that out, just not be stupid.!
I suppose if the Pole is a real talent (and the club has given up on Ramsey) then I’ve no issue with new midfielders coming in if they’re better than what we have got.

But it’s not at this stage a priority; don’t blow the budget on a midfielder when there’s an urgent need for a goalscorer and winger.

He may be an upgrade on our current midfielders, but as you say, it's not the urgent need.

With 108 appearances and 4 goals, he'd hardly solve our pressing issues.

Cardiff City are lining up a move for Danish striker Yousef Salech, WalesOnline understands.

The Bluebirds are in the market to add goals and pace this month and they hope the 22-year-old could aid their attack. Salech, who is thought to be available for around £3-£4m, currently plays for Swedish top-flight side Sirius.

Salech was a prolific goalscorer with Hellerup IK in his native Denmark throughout youth football before sealing a move to Brondby in 2001. He went on loan in the second tier in Denmark with HB Koge and scored 15 in 24 appearances, but netted just once in 12 outings on loan at Belgian Pro League side Beveren last term.

But after sealing a move to Sirius, the Danish-Palestinian has found form and has scored 13 times in 29 games for the Swedish club.

Well there were 4 strikers on the bench and not one of those was deemed good enough to start tonight instead of Colwill as a make shift striker, and as we saw tonight how desperately the club needs an orthodox dedicated centre forward in the opposition’s box, so let’s have him signed in readiness for Saturday!

Who do you have in mind?

A couple comments from me.
I hope he is less of a failure than the majority of our striker signings.
Secondly, if he's any good, why does the report say Sirus signed him for 6M euros a year ago, but they are now ready to let him leave for under 4?

Sirius actually paid 600,000 Euros for him not as they incorrectly state 6M.

I was wondering if there was an issue with the number of zeroes. Says more about the reporters than the player.

From the video, he looks well built. Hopefully stand him in good stead in the rough and tumble of the Championship.

Again, hard to tell the level of opposition he's playing against. Looks a natural finisher, but again, we've not seen a bloopers reel.

Sorry to be negative, but 'we've seen it all before'.

Really hoping that this can be the one.
